Lay the foundation for business success.

This workshop is aimed at new businesses, who are serious about achieving success. It will give a practical insight into the role that brand can play.

• Give potential customers confidence in your business.

What you will learn
Through a series of practical exercises you will begin to understand the role of your brand in laying a firm foundation for business success by:
• Maximising recognition of your brand
• Nuturing customer confidence
• Developing customer trust
• Harnessing customer loyalty

What you will take away
You will leave the workshop with a clear understanding of:
• The role your brand can play in supporting your business strategy
• How your brand can add tangible value to your business
• Activities required to begin building your brand.

Workshop structure
The day will consist of a series of practical exercises, to ensure that you are able to apply all of the issues covered to your business and your objectives. To get the maximum benefit from the day we suggest that you bring 2 delegates to the workshop (if possible). This allows you to look at all the issues from more than one perspective, and helps to apply the lessons learned when you get back to your business.

Space for this workshop is limited, with places available for eight companies.
