January is a time for making plans for the next 12 months. Identifying the goals that you want your business to achieve, and thinking about the resources you'll need to achieve them. As you do that, don't forget to take a look at your brand. Is it up to the job? Will it help you achieve those goals?
If you're unsure, ask yourself these questions:
• Does our brand tell our audience who we are?
• Does it tell our audience what we do?
• Does it tell our audience how we do that?
• Does it tell our audience where we will take them?
and
• Are we the same business now that we were 12 months ago?
