Brand Tip: What do customers want?

It's not really important what your customers want. What's more important is what they need.

Of course initially you have to give them what want - you want to engage with them. But to build a long-term relationship, you must give them what they need. Take a lesson from Henry Ford:

"If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses."

So look at your customers. What do they need? If you don't know, find out. Then tell them. They'll love you for it. And if your customers love what you do for them, they've got no reason to go anywhere else.
