Brand tip: Make customers loyal to your brand

Your customers must build a relationship with your brand. Not you or your staff.

Your brand is the personality of your business. It won't go on holiday, look for a new job or go on maternity leave. It works late every night, and weekends too. It doesn't turn up late and leave early. It's never grumpy or lazy.

Your brand is a great asset, but you do need to look after it. And if you do, it will keep doing its job: Growing loyal customers. And those customers will be loyal to the brand. Not to the staff or the business owner. Which means you can change the staff, and even the owner, and the customers won't mind. They'll keep spending money. Which is why your brand can be such a valuable asset to a business. How much is yours worth?
