Brand: What? How? When?

This workshop is for charities, social enterprises and non-profit organisations that recognise they face an increasingly competitive environment.

Whether it’s competition for funding, support, or just recognition, this workshop will highlight what your brand can do for you.
It takes place on Thursday 30 September and has been developed to take the mystery out of brand, and help organisations like yours understand what a valuable asset your brand is. Whether you measure value in pounds, people or profile, your brand can deliver it. This workshop will show you how.

What you will learn
Through a series of practical exercises you will begin to understand:
How your brand can give you better access to funding. Whether it’s trusts and grants, corporate support, or public donations you’re after, you will learn the role your brand
can play in helping to secure it
How to engage with your stakeholders. We will explore the opportunities that exist for you to develop better relationships with your funders, partners, supporters and service users, and how your brand can help
How to communicate clearly with you audience. We’ll look at your audiences, your messages and your communication channels, to identify the best combination to deliver the maximum impact for you.

What you will take away
You will leave the workshop with a clear understanding of:
• What your brand is, and how to communicate it
• How your brand can add tangible value to your organisation
A personalised action plan, to help you:
• Make the right changes in your organisation, at the right time.

Testimonials
“ I very much enjoyed the brand workshop and Jonathan was a very inspirational leader. He encouraged me to think about what we as an organisation were already doing, but more importantly what we could do and achieve in the future. As a direct consequence of the workshop, we are now making changes, to reach our two key audiences.”

“ For any organisation that does want to raise their profile and is serious about standing out in an increasingly competitive marketplace, I think this workshop is a great opportunity to understand how their brand can help them to do that.”
