Your brand: Taste success

This workshop is for ambitious food and drink producers, who want to learn how to turn a great product into a great brand.

It takes place on Thursday 21 October, and is aimed at business owners who want more! This could be more customers, a bigger slice of the market or a higher retail price. Whatever your goals are, this workshop will show you not only how to turn a great product into a great brand, but also how a great brand can help to build a great business.

What you will learn
Through a series of practical exercises you will begin to understand what your brand
is and what it can do for your products and your business. You will learn how your
brand can:
• Attract customers, by raising the profile of your business
• Increase your market share, by helping you to stand out from the crowd
•
Help you to win and retain customers, by communicating more clearly
• Sell to your target market, by positioning your products correctly

What you will take away
You will leave the workshop with a clear understanding of:
• How to make an impact, on the shelf and online
• How to reach the right customers
• How to develop customer loyalty
• How to build a brand to reflect your ambition
• The changes you need to make in your business

Workshop structure
The day will consist of a series of practical exercises, applying the workshop topics to your business and your objectives. To allow for this focus on your issues, places on the workshop are limited to eight companies.

The workshop is run by Jonathan Alder, a Director at Alder and Alder, who brings 21 years experience of working with brands of all sizes, local and international, to the event.
